Since the end of October 2006 I am in the possession of a Kodak Finepix Z740 (glass lens). Therefore, I can take up this small hobby of mine again and play a more active role on FC!
-----------
I am not that good at making good quality pictures, instead I like snap shots and interesting motives.
Since september 2009 I have a new model: my cat Nala.
My previous model Nijntje, has passed away in december 2008.
Hallo Nadia!
Ganz lieben Dank für deine AM.
Ja, es ist immer traurig wenn wir
von den Kätzchen Abschied nehmen
müssen, aber zum Glück können
wir ihnen Leid ersparen.
Liebe Grüße
Helga

Thank your very much for your comment on my Iceland pictures. I've scanned through yours as well and like many of them very much. You've got a good way of looking at the world.
To your question concerning a journey to Iceland. I'd highly recommend to you, to go between July and September, as weather can be very nasty up there - so don't forget rain cloths :-)). The roads leading inland are normaly broken during winter time and are beeing fixed from the end of Juni onwards. In july ans August you can also expect some sunny days. The good thing is, you won't have to mind the other tourists as there are seldom many of them. I've stayed often between July and August in Iceland and never met more than two or three fellow travellers on camping sites or in small lodges. There is also a ferry boat living from Denmark to Iceland once a week. It'll take you about 4 Day to get there. Great experience!
If you'd like your get more informations call me at: k-text@gmx.at. Hope to see pictures from your trip to Iceland soon :-))
