Castle ‘Ooidonk’ (1) at Bachte-Maria-Leerne (Belgium)
This castle was originally constructed as a medieval fortress in the 14th century, but was completely rebuilt in Spanish Flemish renaissance style in the 16th & 17th century.
The castle reminds of some of the famous French Loire castles.
