Das hier ist das Unabhängigkeits Monument in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Scherzhaft wird dies auch als "8-Fuss" von den Einheimischen bezeichnet (da es als Erinnerung an den 8ten Unabhängigkeits Tag erinnern soll).
Ja .... es gibt auch noch einen 3-Fuss und einen 5-Fuss (unten sieht man "3-Fuss")

This is the so called Independence Monument in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
The locals also call it as the "8-Foot" monument (due to its function as the reminder for the Independence Day number 8).
