NY in rain & fog
Nightscenes do attract me for paintings in a different style, and New York is always worth it. And if the weather is rainy and foggy on top....
Nachtszenen ziehen mich sehr an, um in einem anderen Stil zu malen und New York lohnt sich immer. Und wenn das Wetter dann noch regnerisch und neblig ist....
Oil on cardboard. Ölfarbe auf Pappbogen.

Wonderful atmospheric "capture" of a New York moment. I love the perspective, as well as the kinetic activity of the two people, the misterioso of the way the streets lights accent and delineate the fog, as well as the steam emerging from under the street, and of course the cinema marquee - no doubt a European art flick from the spelling ;-)It all works!
