Palm civet housed in a cage
The asian palm civet known as Luwak is the producer of the famous Kopi Luwak, most expensive coffee on the world.
It was common before to pick up its excrements from the floor of the wood or jungle, piece by piece, clean it, roast it, grind it and brew the coffee.
It became an industry to produce the Kopi Luwak and for this people catch and hold the civets in the cage. Not a nice alternative to do this business!
