Swamp of ice and snow
Last week it finally started snowing in Belgium in the highest region of the land ('Hohes Venn').
'Hohes Venn' is the greatest and oldest National Park of Belgium and the most unique nature biotope in the land with a sub-alpine micro climate (altitude: 694 meters above sea level).
Under the great mass of snow lies a whole area of vast and desolate swamps.
Location : Fagne Wallonne (Botrange, Hohes Venn, Belgium)
