Vancouver in January (4)
a Sunday walk in the rain on the seawall - 10 km long - around Stanley Park with a view towards the Lions Gate Bridge connecting Vancouver to West Vancouver and the North Shore. This image was so grey and dreary that I converted it to black and white .... and the umbrella on the left is there to balance the rock/bushes on the right .

Adele - Your photo is excellent and I like it a lot.The composition, light and tonal range are very good. I love the S curve of the road and the reflections upon it.
Also the three people with umbrellas are great compositional elements. There is something about umbrellas in a photo that makes it special.
