darius Melville
Né en Angleterre en 1972, je vis aujourd hui à Srasbourg (67000).
Après des études, aux Arts Décoratifs, dirigées vers la gravure, je travaille actuellement dans l' industrie métalurgique.
J' utilisais jusqu' à l' année dernière encore, un argentique ( Olympus OM-1) qui me suivait depuis mes quinze ans. Puis me suis décidé à franchir le pas du numérique l' été dernier afin d' imortaliser un concert de George Clinton & Parlliamant Funkadelic dans les arènes de Nice.
Mon nouveau compagnon est un Kodak P0880, que j' utilise en mode manuel (on ne se défait pas de ses vieilles habitudes).
Je me déplace trés souvent à vélo, ce qui permet de facilement s' arrêter prendre une photo à tout moment.
Voici donc quelques images de mon quotidien, de détails sur les quels mes yeux se sont arrêtés, de couleurs qui m' ont fait voyager....

Born in Loughborough (Leics, England) in 1972, I now live in Strasbourg (67000, France).
I studied etching at the school of art in strasbourg, and I am, now these days, working in the steel industry.
I' m an amateur photographer since my 15, when I was given an Olympus OM-1.
I' ve changed for a digital camera (Kodak P0880) last summer.
George Clinton gave a concert for his 65th birthday in Nice, and I wanted to be sure of the shots I could take.
Mind you, I' m still using that new camera in full manuel mode (hard to to get rid of old habits).
Moving through town on a bike, it' s quite easy to stop at any time to take a picture.
So here' s a sample of my every day life, of details that caught my eyes, colors that made me travel away.
