a bit scruffy looking maybe
but red birds are the epitome of cool
and very unusual up here.
i'd guess this one's a pine grosbeak
though i'm not sure - who cares?
scratch that - people do care ...

The beak does not fit, perhaps a Common rosefinch, but it is also just a guess.:-)no matter it looks very beautiful, well taken.

Thank you! A smile is what we miss the most now, since for two years we had to wear a mask on the face and when we remove it we do not have the same many reasons to smile.....Good... this delicious red bird makes me think of a decoration for the Christmas tree, perhaps for his color, perhaps because I also have one alike that I take out of the drawer during holidays.
But mine unfortunately is a dummy one...
