Hi Thomas, Thank you for your message. That particular photo of mine was taken in May 2006. I was in Brisbane again in April this year but when I visited Sothh Bank there was a storm brewing but I managed to take one photo "Storm brewing over South Bank Arts Complex " , which I have on this H/P,showing the recently completed Library building on the left which to me looks more like an architects impression than a photo. I liked the unusual colour combinations in this photo.I remember standing in the same spot as this photo of yours was taken, trying to compose a picture incorporating the sculpture and the city in the background but wasn't happy with the composition. You seem to have successfully captured the scene by using the detail of the sculpture to successfully divide up the vast area of blue sky. Congratulations. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing more of your work. Do you have any plans for returning to Australia in the near future?
