(Sorry for the repetition - I just had to remove the frame of the previous version !)

To cut a long story short, a fellow traveler, a textile designer from Malawi's capital, asked me to make a few shots of his T-shirts... which I had one of the locals wear. The result is - I hope - on the fellow's web site. This, however, is the face of our improvised model.

On the technical details : without the skills many here possess, I found it hard to take a decent photo : of course, no one showed up before 11am, so the light was terrible and there was no shade apart from two places : under a porch in front of a blinding white wall or under a tree... so here we go.

Christine, there while, honored me by having this photo as her WhatsApp profile photo for a couple of days...
