Gambling during the day of silence

Today it starts the Hindu Saka year 1940. Its the day of silence in all Hinduism areas.
On Nyepi Day, complete calm enshrouds the island. The Balinese Hindus follow a ritual called the Catur Brata Penyepian, roughly the ‘Four Nyepi Prohibitions’. These include amati geni that means ‘no fire’, amati lelungan or ‘no travel’, amati karya ‘no activity’, and amati lelanguan ‘no entertainment’.
The neighbor girl Satuh came to do a small violation, climbing over the wall to our compound, looked that nobody has seen her doing that. Then gambling with my friends. But the demons who are flying over the island during the day of silence surely will realize it.
