Midnight Blues
Taken on a beautiful August night right after the sun had gone down and the fog sneaked from the sea into the land. It is taken in Djúpavík, Ströndum in the north of Westfjords, Iceland.
This is what is left of an old pier from the time when the boats came loaded with herring to the factory in the village. When there was no more herring everybody moved away.
