Namib Edelweiss
Namibia : Ihr bringt jetzt immer so tolle Blumen aber wir hier in Namibia haben keine denn es ist Winter. Aber hier ist etwas ganz Besonderes fuer Namibia Liebhaber, denn es blüht nicht jedes Jahr - das Namibia Edelweiss wächst auf Hügeln circa 50km oestlich von Swakopmund, klein und unscheinbar aber doch rührend in seiner einfachen Schönheit.
Namibia: The Fc at the moment is showing the most beautiful flowers. But it is winter here now - but here is something very special for those who love Namibia - the Namibia Edelweiss grows about 50 km east of Swakopmund on hills and canyons. It is unassuming and unpretentious but beautiful in it's simplicity.

Ganz bezaubernde Blüten, allerdings irritiert mich der Name Edelweiß ein wenig :) Aber den hat die Pflanze gewiss von den deutschen Einwanderern erhalten, was? Jedenfalls finde ich es klasse, dass du uns auch die Pflanzenwelt Namibias zeigst. Freue mich immer wieder über deine tollen Fotos und interessanten Infos.LG Christine
