beautiful shot! very effective in b/w, for it gives the skyline an almost "graphical" feel! beautiful "happy" sky, too, and the standpoint – aboard a departing ferry – makes one remember that manhattan is in fact an island! great correspondance between the clouds and the wake water, too! greetings, sabine.Peter Lohse 01/09/2009 21:04
Wer jemals diesen Anblick live erleben durfte - zumindest nach "nine eleven" - der wird sich sehnsüchtig fragen, wie es wohl mit den beiden Türmen "live" ausgesehen haben mag....(Schön, dass Du dich für die sw Variante entschieden hast....)

ich schliesse mich sandra an...mir fehlen die twins auch! kann und will mich nicht dran gewöhnen die skyline ohne sie sehen zu müssen...mein letzter nyc besuch:april 94...ommm...aber:ein tolles foto ist es dennoch, klasse gemacht !
