startup
ASCOT 3661 fires up its no.1 engine with a nice, smokey wet-start due to an highly enriched, but not yet ignited kerosene mixture in the burner cans. Quite typical for this rarely old bird, which I shot here being dispatched on its parking position at Hannover Airport only a few minutes before requesting taxi-clearance to rwy 27R, bound to RAF Brize Norton (EGVN).
