Surgery in Cameroon (1)

I will start a small series here. At my trip with humanitarian help in Cameroon I was at a surgery with my camera to make a documentary. The surgery was very complicated and I won't show blood or more. It was a very hot room without a climate and the room wasn't clean for a surgery. You can see wood and rust and other things. Also the medical equipment was at a minimum. Everyone was sweating during the surgery.
