In English, this fungus has recently been given the fanciful common name of Surprise webcap. In the past it has been called Red-gilled webcap.
A poisonous species.
Dutch name : Pagemantel
German name : Blutblättriger Hautkopf
Latin name : Cortinarius semisanguineus
