The Lottery Man
In Puntaranas, a small costal town in Costa Rica you can say life all boils down to the will to survive. People here don't own ars to drive to work, or even pay for a weeks worth of bus fare without making their family go without. For some the Lotto ticket sales offers solid work until there comes a time for a better day.

401K plan man, financial planner or retirement consultant for some here in the US. I know of a couple people that if they would have put that money into a good mutual fund they would have been better off.Here this man is doing what he can to provide for himself and his loved ones and you have to respect that.
