Nittany Lion

Hello, I am very new to the site. I live in Norhtern Virginia, outside Washington DC and have been taking photographs for nearly 30 years. I have mostly taken photographs on vacation trips, of family events, of our horses and farm and sites around Washington DC for my personal enjoyment or to document some event. Now I have more time to invest in improving and developing as a photographer and I am interested in doing so, perhaps to a point of selling some photographs, if I can get good enough. I really enjoy outdoor photography, especially landscapes, wildlife and flowers. One of the other things I enjoy is trying to capture light playing on subjects or as the picture itself through trees or reflecting on water. I hope you enjoy the photos that I post and look forward to feedback from the many talented artists I see on this site.
