An amazing open air museum in Samut Prakan outside Bangkok is named Ancient Siam or called in Thai Mueang Boran.
Ancient Siam is dubbed as the world's largest outdoor museum.
The statue of Lord Buddha in the park of the open museum in the middle area of the complex.
One of the outstanding characteristics of Dvaravati civilization is gigantic Buddha images shown in the Karana Mudra gesture which has its index finger and little finger pointing straight upwards, while the other fingers fold into the palm. The meaning of this gesture is to ward off evil and to get rid of demons and negative energy.
