William is too weak to stand and wait for his food delivery. He just sat down on the grass as if at a park. He said he has to eat before taking pain pills. I know some of then have anti-depression elements. When you take anti depression meds you can forget your current reality and over look hope.

Sad times for William, looking deeper into the picture you see an old but I think once beautiful house in a run down neighborhood ? I think Williams plight is kind of a reflection of this whole sceneRegards
