Kastro
Aegean Sea Cyklades Sifnos
In the island of Sifnos Kastro is a very old and historic town built- as its name states- as a castle completely on a rock..( Kastro means castle in Greek). Its interior is "engraved" with a maze of tiny little streets and picturesque houses.
The photo of the town was taken from far away to emphasize the bare landscape.

beautiful, high drama on the Aegean.a very personal approach and perhaps as much 'edited' (i.e improved on reality, as my stuff) except you do it with filters, film, b&w etc. It would be of interest to me what this landscape looks like in natural colour and full sunshine.Your results are stunning. bravo. At first it looks like a great pile of rocks, but then you see the little roads winding through the landscape which puts it all into perspective.....and there are trees :)))):))
