    first reactions are important! some images never get any… this one caught my attention right away because of its strange, somewhat oppressive mood: i see an anthropomorphized house. a house that's terribly worried about something, something approaching it from somewhere down below, on the right – potential conquerors maybe…

    i like the low point of view and how the festning appears to be protruding from its setting. don't know much about hdr techniques, but i usally don't like it, when they render the image artificial looking – extremely colorful and highly contrasted. it's not the case here! the only thing that bothers me just a little bit is the slight blur/ "softness" of the house. just a skosh sharper or more defined may be more convenient for the eye… kind regards, sabine.
