Making Chinese coins for luck

The Balinese is producing lucky coins in the village on Bali called Kamasan for making afterwards the artworks.
The coins aren't use for payments but for keeping them a medallion for luck and protection.
The man makes different versions from the original Chinese coins, and the coins are produced by five differnt metals known as Panca Datu or the „five strengths of life“. It includes iron, silver, copper, gold amd bronce.
Respectively the materials have special meanings and potencies.
Nowadays the words „Sa“, „Ba“, „Ta“ and „A“ can be seen beside every side of the square center hole.
