Newton's discovery of diffraction of light, was the foundation of photography & is still today, the key element for a spectacular photo

This image was taken under studio lighting conditions, I used the cross-polarized technique as to achieve the rainbow effect. NO retouching or special fx were applied! I did however adjust the contrast & balance as to improve the final image
