This image was taken with the incredibly good 28mm "Fujifilm X70" - just as it is - means no "big Photoshop-ping" except developing image from RAW to JPG, adjusting contrast and sharpness plus setting a B&W red-filter. (FYI: image was already taken in B&W originally)
