Schlafende Giganten

What's better than processing old photos on a lazy Sunday afternoon?
Today I found this image I took last summer in Monument Valley. Back then I did not know the amazing Starry Landscape Stacker for Mac. Luckily I took a couple of exposures, so I was now able to stack them.

The image was taken at the View Hotel in Monument Valley. Each room has a balcony with an amazing view.

The light and shadows come partly from the moon, partly from this giant hotel in the middle of the desert.

So how do you do a photo like this?
1. Don't get drunk in the evening, because you have to
2. get up in the middle of the night and
3. press the shutter a couple of times.
