Scissors grinder in Herat

The year 1976 I visited Afghanistan my third time I couldn't stop shooting photographes. People in Herat mostly did not mind to be captured with my camera. Not so in Kandahar 454 km far from Herat where Pashtuns often reacted aggressive to photographers.
