I did this picture in our trainings hall. The Background ist a hdr of five pics. The picture of the fighting guys i took while some trainings ago. And the picture of the guy in front (me) was lit up by 3 flashes.

Strobist:
1 from left into reflective umbrella
1 from right trough white umbrella
1 from above as hairlight

I used my Sony Alpha 350 in couple with the Minolta 50mm 1.7 and 28mm 2.8.
