The Flight of the Canadian Geese
The Geese were trying to find some leftover kernels of corn in this snow covered field. I did not even noticed them sitting there, as my attention was directed to the other side of the field, until they all took off in flight as I was getting to close for their comfort.

Hat so etwas von einem Suchbild. Aber ich habe sie gefunden.Dann werden sie ja wohl auch bald wieder hier bei mir an den Teichen sein. Eine Single-Gans hat hier schon ueberwintert.

Usually I do not get this close as I take my dog along to photograph landscapes. She usually scares the birds. So this is a good shot of the Geese avoiding human contact.Regards,
