The shot shows the last stage of its life.
Again, the species has no English name.

I can just say the german name "Dunkelschuppiger Risspilz" fits perfectly to this bizarre looking fungus ( but the dutch name sounds more nice in my ears :-) ) Excellent capture with great sharpness and colors. It's always intersting to look at your pictures Mark.Greetings
