Vanishing America - Ice Cream Stand
You have to venture out into the small towns to find these stand alone Ice Cream shops. Most have been torn down and replaced by Corporate stores in strip shopping centers.

The owner seems to have german roots, think his rootsare in southern Germany, Baden-Würtemberg ore
Bajuvaria. You see this in the last "inger" part of name.
Like Kiesinger, Kissinger, Schlesinger, Ratzinger (pope)
and so on.
