Robert Lebeck 2011
In march I visited a vernissage of Robert Lebeck in Cologne. He is one of the most famous German phptographers. well known is his shot made in Leopoldville showing a young man steeling the sword of King Baudouin during the parade for the undepency of Belgium Congo. He worked for many big magazines.

@Sabine: yes I love many of his other shots and thanks for your link to his homepage. The vernissage was at LUMAS Cologne and so a lot lot of guests were there - no chance for a short talk - just for this photo. Because it was a shot in this crowd I had to work on a lot to present it like this, but only had 15min time for the editing. regards to all - Bertholds. sabine krause 08/04/2011 9:32
what a great expression on his face – humorous, sensitive, curious, inquisitive – perfect combination for a photo journalist! love his romy-schneider pictures and the sunkissed halo of white hair you gave him in your portrait: a sage and gentle man (and gentleman ; )) in the spotlight of (photo) history! greetings, sabine. p.s.: he has a nice website, too: http://www.lebeck.de/Adele D.
