  I do not think that this is a white poppy.
  This might be a type of azalea.
  I am a hopeless gardener.
  But glad you liked it.

  It is possible that the flowers are too big, and they need a bit more space around them.
  On the positive side - they did seem intensely white to me.
  I liked the way the sun picked out a texture in the petals - and cast the shadow of the stamens.
  It is not often as sunny as this in England.
