The Finger Lakes area in upper New York is always on our list, when we are on our vacational trip in the U.S.
Beautiful landscapes, the huge lakes, fine food and friendly people promise full excitement.

One evening I went out for the opportunity to catch a wonderful sunset over Canandaigua Lake, where we were accommodated nearby for some days. This picture is one out of a series from different locations.

Canandaigua Lake is 26 km long and 2.4 km wide, the fourth largest of the Finder Lakes.
