Irina Egorova, a teacher with 15 years of experience and a fifth year runs a modern dance studio at the Out-of-School Work Center of the small provincial town of Borovichi, which is conveniently located on the banks of the Msta River in the Velikiy Novgorod Region. In childhood and adolescence, she was engaged in dancing and gymnastics.
In her profession, in the search for new forms of stage movement, the choreographer is constantly striving for novelty, improving his teaching skills.Despite the fact that children's dance groups, led by Irina Egorova, became winners of the interdistrict festivals "Dance in the Heart" and "Dance Lace", the teacher considers concerts in the Boarding House for the Disabled and in the social shelter for the elderly to be the most significant events for themselves and their young wards.
“Since dance is not only the language of the body, but also the language of the heart and feelings, which helps the music to become visible and tangible,” - the choreographer says, - “I instil in my dancers a sense of beauty, the ability to translate my dreams into a choreographic form. In my work I am guided by the interests of children. Teaching with girls, I instil in them paramount qualities such as femininity and grace".
As a mentor Irina helps students to show their talent, develop it, gain confidence in their own abilities and the ability to achieve the intended result. It is a real pleasure to watch the process of classes that the teacher conducts with his young dancers. And the femininity and grace that instils in her wards Irina, of course, and above all, are inherent in herself.
